We keep this short, clear, and honest. Here is exactly what Agora collects, why, and how you stay in control.

Here's what you need to know
We never sell your personal information.
Anything you do on Agora that involves tracking is gated behind your cookie choices.
Our personalisation profile lives on your device. When recommendations are requested, we may send aggregated interest signals to our backend so it can return live, relevant product recommendations.
You can change your mind at any time.
Information we collect
Things you give us directly
Your email and name when you create an account, subscribe to alerts, or send us a contact form message. Anything you write in the contact form, plus a timestamp, is stored so we can reply.
Account data, if you sign in
We use Supabase to host accounts and authentication. When you sign in, a secure session token is kept in your browser so you stay signed in. Your wishlist and price alerts are linked to your account.
Anonymous analytics
If you allow the Analytics category, Google Analytics 4 measures aggregate site usage. We do not see individual visitors.
Conversion measurement
If you allow the Marketing category, the Meta Pixel helps us understand campaign performance. Nothing is loaded before consent.
Personalisation
If you allow the Personalisation category, we build a small, anonymous interest profile on your device. It includes weighted interest signals based on product clicks, Quick Views, product page views, Amazon outbound clicks, and similar interactions. It may cover shopping interests such as product categories, buying goals, shopper needs, product types, and brands. The profile is retained for up to 30 days. To retrieve live product recommendations, we may send aggregated interest signals to our backend recommendation service.
Personalisation and recommendations
Everything used to build your local recommendation profile is stored in your browser's localStorage:
- Recently viewed products (up to 24, kept for 90 days)
- Recently viewed collections (up to 12, kept for 90 days)
- Weighted interest profile based on what you browse (kept for up to 30 days)
This profile is anonymous. We do not use it to build advertising audiences, and we do not share it with third parties.
When recommendations are requested, we may send aggregated interest signals from this profile to our backend recommendation service. We use these signals to return live, relevant product recommendations from our backend systems, so we can confirm product availability, canonical links, and affiliate tracking before showing them.
Turn off Personalisation in cookie settings and all of it is deleted immediately.
Affiliate links and Amazon redirects
Many product links on Agora are affiliate links. When you click one, you may pass through a short redirect on our site before landing on the retailer.
Amazon receives standard click information per their own privacy policy, and may set cookies on amazon.com once you arrive there. Those cookies are managed by Amazon, not Agora.

Cookies, consent, and your choices
We use a consent banner with four categories: Essential, Analytics, Personalisation, and Marketing. Nothing in the last three runs before you choose.
For the technical detail of what is stored, please read the Cookie Policy.
You can change your choices any time. Turning off Personalisation wipes the on-device data. Turning off Analytics or Marketing prevents new tracking from loading on the next page.
Your rights
You can request deletion of your account and any data tied to it by emailing contact@youragora.io.
You can clear all on-device personalisation data at any time through the cookie settings link in the footer.
Contact form submissions are kept only as long as needed to respond and then archived.
