What we've verified about this price
Our read on this product
This combination lock is built to tackle situations where thicker or multiple locking points prevent a regular padlock from securing your items. Its high-strength zinc alloy body and hardened steel shackle provide a robust defense against cutting and sawing, making it suitable for outdoor environments like gates, trailers, and sheds.
The 4-digit combination offers a significant upgrade in security over 3-digit locks, giving you 10,000 possible combinations to deter unwanted access. Setting and resetting the code is straightforward, and the large numbers with a side window make it easy to read and dial in.
What makes it stand out
- Offers an extended shackle that provides greater clearance for thicker or multiple latches, unlike standard short-shackle locks.
- Features a 4-digit combination, offering 10,000 unique possibilities for enhanced security compared to simpler 3-digit models.
When this isn't the right fit
- This lock is designed for security applications and is not intended for use by children.
- While sturdy, it is a combination lock and may not offer the same level of security as a keyed high-security lock for extremely valuable items.
Real-world notes
- The hardened steel shackle and zinc alloy body are built for durability and resistance to weathering, suitable for outdoor use.
- The large numbers and side window aid in easy reading and dialing, even in less-than-ideal lighting conditions.
Choose this lock when you need to secure items with latches or locking points that are too thick or numerous for a standard padlock.
