Our read on this product
This speaker is built for those who refuse to compromise on sound quality when they're away from home. Its 60W peak output and passive bass radiator deliver a surprisingly full and loud audio experience, even outdoors, which is a significant step up from most portable options. The dual EQ modes are a thoughtful touch, letting you tune the sound to be punchier for an open field or clearer for a more intimate indoor setting, ensuring it sounds its best wherever you take it.
The real magic, though, is how it handles the elements. With an IPX6 waterproof rating, you don't have to panic if a rogue wave hits the beach or if the party moves from the patio to poolside. Plus, with a 24-hour battery life, you can genuinely set it up and forget about charging for an entire weekend camping trip, which is a huge convenience when you're off the grid.
What makes it stand out
- Offers significantly more power and bass than typical compact travel speakers.
- Features robust IPX6 waterproofing, making it suitable for poolside or beach use where other speakers might be at risk.
- Provides a much longer playtime per charge compared to many competitors in its size class.
- Includes EQ modes to tailor the sound profile for different environments, unlike single-sound speakers.
When this isn't the right fit
- If you need a speaker that can be fully submerged in water, this one is not suitable.
- If your primary concern is the absolute smallest, lightest speaker for minimal bass, this might be overkill.
Real-world notes
- The 24-hour battery life is impressive, but it's dependent on volume; expect less playtime if you're consistently pushing it to its maximum.
- It reconnects quickly to your last paired device, which is a small but appreciated convenience when you're juggling multiple gadgets.
What you're trading off
Battery life varies with listening volume.
Matters when · You frequently listen at high volumes, which will drain the battery faster.
This is a confident pick for anyone prioritizing loud, clear, and durable sound for their outdoor adventures or parties.
