Our read on this product
Carrying a separate tripod and selfie stick on a hike or trip quickly becomes a burden that leaves your gear in the bag. This tool stays out of the way because it collapses into a compact, lightweight stick that you can easily toss into a side pocket. It solves the friction of needing to switch between handheld vlogging and setting up a stable shot on a rock or table.
Because it is waterproof, you do not have to worry about the mechanism seizing up after a day at the beach or near the water. It is built to be used in the same environments as your camera, meaning you can focus on the shot rather than protecting your gear from the sand or surf. You will find yourself leaving it attached to your camera more often than not.
What makes it stand out
- Waterproof design allows for consistent use in surf and sand without the mechanical failure common in standard plastic mounts.
- Integrated design removes the need to carry and swap between two separate mounting accessories.
Real-world notes
- The rubberized base provides enough grip to keep the camera steady on uneven surfaces.
- Collapses small enough to fit into most standard jacket pockets or small camera bags.
- The aluminum and nylon construction feels durable enough to handle being tossed around in a backpack.
Pick this up if you want a single, low-profile mount that handles both handheld vlogging and stable tripod shots without adding bulk to your travel kit.
