What we've verified about this price
Our read on this product
This privacy screen protector offers a way to keep your phone's content private in public spaces, a common concern for many smartphone users. It aims to balance this privacy with a clear viewing experience for you, so you don't have to sacrifice screen quality for security. The military-grade shatterproof rating suggests it's built to withstand everyday drops and scratches, adding a layer of physical protection to your device.
Beyond just privacy, the material is designed to filter out blue light, which could offer a more comfortable viewing experience, especially during extended use. The surface is also treated to resist fingerprints, meaning fewer smudges to wipe away throughout the day. It comes with installation tools, which usually simplifies the process of applying the protector without bubbles or dust.
What makes it stand out
- Offers a restricted viewing angle to prevent 'shoulder surfing,' unlike standard screen protectors.
- Features military-grade shatterproof protection, which is a higher durability standard than many basic screen protectors.
- Includes blue light filtering, a feature not commonly found on standard privacy screens.
When this isn't the right fit
- This protector is specifically designed for iPhone 15/16 models and will not fit other devices.
- While it offers privacy, the viewing angle is limited to 28 degrees, meaning others nearby might still catch a glimpse if they are very close.
Real-world notes
- People often notice how much easier it is to use their phone in crowded places like trains or coffee shops without worrying about who might be looking.
- The clarity is generally good, but some users might find a slight difference in brightness or color saturation compared to a naked screen.
- The anti-fingerprint coating helps keep the screen looking cleaner, though it's not entirely immune to smudges with heavy use.
A confident pick for iPhone 15/16 users who prioritize privacy in public settings.
