What we've verified about this price
Our read on this product
Most clear cases start looking like a science experiment after a few months, turning a murky yellow that hides the phone you actually paid for. This one prioritizes material longevity, using UV-resistant agents to keep the transparency crisp rather than cloudy. It feels substantial in the hand without the rubbery, oversized grip that makes some protective cases feel like a brick.
The real utility here is how it handles the trade-off between bulk and safety. You get a certified 12-foot drop rating, yet the case manages to keep the phone slim enough to slide easily into a pocket. The magnetic ring is embedded directly into the structure, ensuring your MagSafe chargers and mounts snap on with a satisfying, firm connection that doesn't feel like an afterthought.
What makes it stand out
- Uses specialized UV-resistant materials designed to prevent the material breakdown and yellowing common in standard clear cases.
- Features independently tested 12ft drop protection, exceeding the typical durability expectations for a slim, transparent profile.
Real-world notes
- The case maintains a clear, clean appearance over time rather than developing the typical yellow tint found in cheaper clear options.
- Raised bezels around the camera lenses provide a noticeable physical buffer when placing the phone down on hard surfaces.
- The MagSafe connection is strong and reliable, holding accessories securely without needing extra adjustment.
Choose this if you want a case that stays clear and keeps your phone safe without turning it into a cumbersome device.
