Our read on this product
This speaker tends to be the one people reach for when they want reliable sound that can handle a bit of everything. Its standout feature is the sheer endurance; you can genuinely go for days without thinking about charging it, which takes a lot of the usual battery anxiety out of the equation for trips or just extended use around the house or yard. The waterproofing means you don't have to baby it near the pool or in the bathroom, making it a worry-free companion.
While the sound quality is good for its size, with titanium drivers offering clear highs and a bass boost that actually works in real-time, the real magic is in its resilience and longevity. It's built to be used, not just displayed. The accompanying app allows for EQ customization, which is a nice touch if you like to fine-tune your audio, and the PartyCast feature lets you sync it with other compatible speakers if you ever need more sound.
What makes it stand out
- Has 24-hour playtime, far exceeding the typical 8-12 hours found in many portable speakers.
- Features IPX7 waterproofing, making it suitable for poolside, beach, or shower use, unlike many indoor-only models.
- Includes a companion app for EQ customization, offering a more tailored sound experience than basic plug-and-play speakers.
When this isn't the right fit
- If you need the absolute deepest bass or the most nuanced audiophile sound, you might want to look at larger, home-bound systems.
Real-world notes
- The 24-hour battery life is not an exaggeration; it truly lasts for days of typical use.
- It's surprisingly robust and can handle being splashed or even briefly submerged without issue.
- The sound is clear and loud enough for personal listening or small gatherings, with a noticeable bass enhancement.
A confident pick for anyone needing a durable, long-lasting portable speaker that can keep up with an active lifestyle.
