What we've verified about this price
Our read on this product
When your trailer isn't hitched up, it's a prime target for thieves. This lock acts as a highly visible warning, making your trailer a much less appealing target. Its robust construction, combining an aluminum body with high-strength steel, is designed to resist cutting and tampering, offering a strong layer of security.
The universal fit with 11 locking positions means it should accommodate most common coupler sizes, from 1-7/8" to 2-5/16". The upgraded, more complex lock cylinder and thicker keys aim to provide enhanced resistance against picking, giving you greater peace of mind when your trailer is stored outdoors or in a lot.
What makes it stand out
- Combines a universal fit across multiple coupler sizes with a more complex, pick-resistant lock cylinder for enhanced security.
- Features a bright, unmissable yellow finish that serves as a strong visual deterrent, discouraging potential thieves on sight.
When this isn't the right fit
- This lock is designed specifically for trailer coupler hitches and may not be suitable for other general security applications.
Real-world notes
- The bright yellow finish, while a deterrent, is also highly visible and may draw attention to your trailer's security measures.
Secure your trailer with a lock that’s as visually imposing as it is physically resistant to theft.
