What we've verified about this price
Our read on this product
This speaker looks like a classic radio, but it streams music wirelessly from your phone. It also pulls in AM/FM stations, so you get both modern convenience and retro charm in one wooden box. You can even swap out the decorative panels to match your mood or decor.
It’s not just about the look, though. Owners find the audio quality is surprisingly rich and clear for its size, and the battery lasts up to 10 hours, making it easy to move around the house or take with you. It solves the problem of wanting good sound without sacrificing your carefully curated vintage aesthetic.
What makes it stand out
- It offers AM/FM radio alongside Bluetooth streaming, unlike many purely Bluetooth-only alternatives.
- Features swappable decorative panels, letting you customize its look, which isn't common in most speakers.
- Built with a wood enclosure, aiming for a warmer aesthetic than typical plastic or metal speakers.
When this isn't the right fit
- If you need a speaker for large gatherings or outdoor parties, this might not have the volume you're looking for.
- Those seeking the absolute latest in smart speaker technology or multi-room audio may find this a bit too simple.
Real-world notes
- The battery life is a pleasant surprise, easily lasting through a full day of intermittent use.
- Audio quality is often noted as being richer and clearer than expected for a speaker of this style.
- The interchangeable panels are a fun touch, allowing for easy style updates without replacing the whole unit.
Consider this if you want a functional piece of decor that plays music from any source.
