Our read on this product
Most portable speakers survive a splash, but this one is built to spend the entire afternoon bobbing in the water next to you. It takes the anxiety out of pool parties or river trips where you usually have to keep the audio gear tucked away on the shore. The sheer volume makes it capable of filling an open outdoor space without needing to be cranked to its limit.
You will notice the difference in battery life during long weekends. Most compact units require a mid-trip recharge, but this one holds enough capacity to last through two days of casual listening. It feels substantial in the hand, and the integrated handle makes it easy to grab when you are already carrying a cooler or gear bag.
What makes it stand out
- Floating IPX7 rating allows it to remain in the water rather than just resisting splashes on the deck.
- 32-hour battery life eliminates the need to pack charging cables for weekend camping or boating trips.
When this isn't the right fit
- You prioritize lightweight portability for long-distance hiking where every ounce matters.
- You are looking for a subtle, low-profile speaker to blend into a quiet indoor bookshelf.
Real-world notes
- The physical handle makes a surprising difference for one-handed transport.
- It maintains a stable connection even when moving between different outdoor zones.
- The weight is noticeable, which adds to the sense of ruggedness but limits how far you will want to carry it on foot.
Pick this up if you need a speaker that can handle being dropped into a pool or river without interrupting the music.
