Our read on this product
This magnetic grip snaps onto your iPhone (12 and later) or MagSafe-compatible case with a satisfying click, offering a more secure way to hold your phone for one-handed use. It also transforms into a convenient stand for watching videos or making calls, and crucially, it detaches just as easily, so you can place your phone on a wireless charger without removing the grip.
Beyond the convenience of its magnetic attachment and detachment, this grip’s true value emerges in its everyday utility. It’s the kind of accessory that quietly solves small frustrations, like fumbling with your phone while trying to text or prop it up for a video call. The ease with which it snaps on and off means you won’t have to choose between a secure grip and convenient charging, a common compromise with other phone accessories.
What makes it stand out
- Snaps on and off magnetically, eliminating the need for adhesives and allowing for easy wireless charging.
- Works seamlessly with MagSafe-enabled iPhones and cases, offering a more integrated experience than universal grips.
When this isn't the right fit
- You prefer a permanent, adhesive grip that won't detach.
- Your phone or case is not MagSafe compatible, and you don't plan to use the adapter ring.
Real-world notes
- The magnetic connection is strong enough for confident handling but easy enough to remove for charging.
- It adds a bit of bulk to the phone, even when collapsed.
- The white finish can be prone to showing dirt over time.
Consider this if you prioritize seamless MagSafe integration and the convenience of a detachable grip and stand.
