Our read on this product
Turning home exercise into a game is a reliable way to bypass the mental friction of starting a workout. By building on the foundation of the original, this version adds enough variety to keep the routine from feeling repetitive, which is usually the point where home fitness efforts stall.
The experience relies on the balance board you likely already own, serving as a low-stakes way to add movement to your day without the intensity or equipment requirements of a traditional gym setup. It works best when you want to stay active in your living room without needing to learn complex choreography or follow a demanding trainer.
What makes it stand out
- Allows for the creation of custom, goal-oriented workout playlists that the original lacked.
- Includes multiplayer options that allow for social competition or shared activity in a living room setting.
When this isn't the right fit
- You do not already own the required balance board, as this is software only.
- You are looking for high-intensity training or modern, data-heavy fitness tracking.
- You prefer modern console graphics and high-definition interfaces.
Real-world notes
- The custom routine builder allows for shorter, focused sessions when time is limited.
- Multiplayer modes turn what is usually a solitary activity into something you can do with others in the room.
- The inclusion of new balance games helps break up the monotony of standard strength or yoga exercises.
Pick this up if you want to breathe new life into your existing balance board hardware without investing in modern, high-cost fitness equipment.
