Our read on this product
This powdered drink mix offers a unique dual action: it aims to help lower cortisol levels while simultaneously promoting better sleep. It’s formulated with ingredients like KSM-66 Ashwagandha, L-Theanine, and Magnesium Glycinate, which are chosen for their potential to support both stress management and sleep quality. The convenience of a portable powder means you can take it with you to maintain your routine, whether you're at home, traveling, or at the office.
The Orange Creamsicle flavor is a pleasant departure from some of the more medicinal-tasting supplements, and it contains no added sugar. It's designed for adults looking for a natural way to manage daily stressors and improve their sleep experience. If you're frequently on the go or find yourself needing a little help to unwind and prepare for rest, this could fit into your routine without much disruption.
What makes it stand out
- Combines cortisol-reducing and sleep-aiding ingredients in one convenient powder, unlike single-purpose sleep aids or stress supplements.
- Offers a pleasant Orange Creamsicle flavor with no added sugar, differentiating it from supplements that may have artificial sweeteners or less palatable tastes.
- Convenient on-the-go packets support busy lifestyles and travel, a practical advantage over larger containers or liquid supplements.
When this isn't the right fit
- This is not intended for children.
- The flavor, while pleasant to many, might not appeal to everyone.
Real-world notes
- Owners appreciate the blend's ability to help them feel calmer and sleep more soundly, particularly noting the absence of grogginess the next day.
- The convenience of the single-serving packets is frequently highlighted, making it easy to incorporate into travel routines or busy workdays.
- The Orange Creamsicle flavor is generally well-received, though taste preferences can vary.
- Users often find it helps them manage stress more effectively throughout the day, not just at bedtime.
Consider this if you need a convenient way to manage stress and improve sleep, especially when traveling.
