Our read on this product
This notebook offers a classic, reliable space for your thoughts, notes, and sketches. Its durable construction and quality paper mean it can handle daily use, whether you're jotting down ideas in a meeting, journaling your travels, or sketching out a new design. The distinctive myrtle green cover adds a touch of personal style to your everyday carry.
It's the kind of notebook that encourages you to capture moments and ideas, providing a satisfying tactile experience with its smooth paper and satisfying closure. The Moleskine brand itself often appeals to those who appreciate a well-crafted tool for their creative or professional pursuits, making it a dependable companion for students, writers, artists, and professionals alike.
What makes it stand out
- Its iconic brand recognition and consistently good build quality make it a go-to for those who value a trusted name in notebooks.
- The classic design with rounded corners and an elastic band offers a functional elegance that many competitors don't replicate.
- The myrtle green color provides a distinct visual appeal that stands out from more common black or brown notebooks.
When this isn't the right fit
- If you need a notebook with specialized paper for markers or extensive watercolor work, this might not be the best fit due to its 70 gsm paper weight.
- While durable, the plain design might not appeal if you're seeking a highly unique or avant-garde aesthetic.
Real-world notes
- The paper, while good for pens and pencils, is only 70 gsm, which may show ghosting or bleed-through with very wet inks.
- The elastic closure and ribbon bookmark are simple but effective touches that owners appreciate for keeping the notebook secure and marking their place.
- The expandable inner pocket is a handy spot for loose papers or receipts.
Consider this if you're looking for a dependable, stylish notebook with a premium feel for your daily notes and creative work.
