Our read on this product
This trackball mouse aims to significantly reduce the physical strain often associated with prolonged computer use. Its standout feature is the adjustable 20-degree tilt, which ergonomists have found can decrease forearm muscle strain, making it a more comfortable option for long work sessions. The design prioritizes comfort with a sculpted shape and a soft grip, intended for medium to large hands, and offers silent clicks for a less disruptive workspace.
Beyond comfort, this mouse is built for productivity. The thumb-controlled trackball allows for precise cursor movement without needing to move your entire arm, which can be a space-saver on cluttered desks. With the Logi Options+ app, you can customize six buttons to create shortcuts for your most frequent tasks, streamlining your workflow. Fast USB-C charging means minimal downtime, providing up to 120 days of use on a full charge and quick boosts when needed.
What makes it stand out
- Its adjustable 20-degree tilt and sculpted design offer a distinct ergonomic advantage over standard mice, potentially reducing muscle strain.
- The thumb-operated trackball provides precise control and saves desk space compared to a traditional mouse that requires arm movement.
- Customizable buttons via the Logi Options+ app allow for workflow optimization that generic mice typically do not offer.
When this isn't the right fit
- It's designed for medium to large hands, so smaller hands might find the fit less ideal.
- While it offers dual connectivity, the charging cable is not included, which may be an inconvenience.
Real-world notes
- Users often discover they can maintain a more natural wrist and forearm posture, reducing fatigue over the workday.
- The ability to switch between speed and precision tracking for the cursor is a subtle but appreciated feature for detailed work.
- Many find the silent clicks contribute to a calmer and more focused work environment.
Consider this if you're seeking a more comfortable and potentially productive way to interact with your computer during long hours of use.
