Our read on this product
Your cat will likely see this as a multi-functional haven. It’s a tunnel to dash through, a cozy hideaway for naps, and a launchpad for playful pounces at the dangling squid. The built-in scratch pad in the tail, complete with included catnip, aims to redirect clawing from your furniture to a designated spot.
The immediate pop-open setup means your cat can start exploring in seconds, and when playtime is over, it collapses compactly for easy storage. It’s designed to be a stimulating environment that combats boredom while adding a unique decorative element to your living space.
What makes it stand out
- Features a built-in scratch pad, offering a dual-purpose design not found in basic cat tunnels.
- The unique whale shark shape provides a more visually engaging and decorative option compared to standard fabric tunnels.
When this isn't the right fit
- Your cat is not interested in tunnels or scratching posts.
- You prefer pet accessories with a more subdued aesthetic.
Real-world notes
- Cats may find the dangling squid irresistible for batting and play.
- The scratch pad is intended to help deter scratching on furniture.
- Setup is quick and it stores away easily when not in use.
Consider this if you're seeking a playful, multi-purpose cat accessory that doubles as a quirky home accent.
