Our read on this product
These headphones offer a truly premium audio experience, combining Hi-Res audio with JBL's Pro Sound for deep bass and clear highs. The real magic, however, is the 360 Spatial Sound with head tracking, which creates an incredibly immersive environment whether you're watching movies or listening to music. It’s designed to make you feel like you’re right there in the middle of the action.
Beyond the sound, the active noise cancellation is remarkably effective, adapting in real-time to block out everything from airplane engines to office chatter. This, coupled with an exceptional 70-hour battery life, makes them an ideal companion for frequent travelers or anyone needing to create their own quiet space. The included Smart Tx transmitter adds another layer of versatility, allowing easy connection to various audio sources, including in-flight entertainment systems, and even sharing audio with other Auracast-enabled devices.
What makes it stand out
- Connects wirelessly to virtually any audio source, including in-flight entertainment systems, thanks to the included Smart Tx transmitter.
- Offers 360 Spatial Sound with head tracking for a more natural and realistic immersive audio experience.
- Features an exceptional 70-hour battery life, significantly longer than many competitors.
- Adaptive noise cancellation adjusts in real-time to environmental noise for more effective distraction blocking.
When this isn't the right fit
- The Smart Talk feature, which pauses audio when you speak, might interrupt conversations you want to continue without removing the headphones.
Real-world notes
- The ability to easily share audio with other Auracast-enabled devices is a surprisingly useful feature for group listening.
- The real-time adaptive noise cancellation effectively silences a wide range of ambient sounds, creating a focused environment.
- Battery life is genuinely impressive, easily lasting through long flights or multiple workdays on a single charge.
Consider these if you prioritize an immersive, high-fidelity listening experience with top-tier noise cancellation and extended battery life for travel or focus.
