Our read on this product
The touchscreen on the charging case is the real story here, offering a level of direct control that bypasses your phone entirely. You can adjust volume, EQ, skip tracks, and even manage calls without ever needing to pull out your smartphone, which is a surprisingly useful convenience when you're on the move or your hands are full. It’s the kind of feature you might not think you need until you’re using it, making these earbuds feel more like a standalone gadget than just an audio accessory.
Beyond the case, the true adaptive noise cancellation works effectively to quiet your surroundings, whether you're on a busy train or in a noisy office. The 40-hour total playback time means you can go for days without reaching for a charger, and the IP55 rating adds a layer of durability for outdoor use. If you value app-free control and solid noise-blocking for your daily commute or travels, these offer a compelling package.
What makes it stand out
- The integrated touchscreen on the charging case provides direct control without needing to access a smartphone app.
- True adaptive noise cancellation adjusts in real-time to your surroundings, offering a more dynamic listening experience than standard ANC.
- The 40-hour total playback time, including 10 hours on a single charge, offers extended listening sessions between recharges.
- IP55 waterproofing and dustproofing make them suitable for a wider range of outdoor activities.
When this isn't the right fit
- The 40-hour battery life is quoted with ANC off, so expect less when actively using noise cancellation.
- While the sound is described as Hi-Res Audio Wireless, this is a feature that audiophiles may want to explore further based on their specific listening preferences.
Real-world notes
- The ability to customize the charging case screen with photos is a nice touch that adds a personal element.
- Call quality is generally strong thanks to the six microphones, even in less-than-ideal environments.
- Switching between devices is generally seamless due to multi-point connection.
Consider these if you're looking for convenient, app-free control and effective noise cancellation for your daily travels.
