Our read on this product
This drone makes capturing stunning aerial photos and videos accessible, even if you
re new to drone piloting. Its 4K camera and 3-axis gimbal work together to ensure your footage is smooth and professional-looking, while the generous 96-minute total flight time across three batteries means you can explore and film for longer without constant recharging. It’s designed to solve the problem of missing out on unique perspectives because of the cost or complexity of higher-end equipment.
What makes it stand out
- The 3-axis gimbal provides noticeably smoother footage compared to drones with electronic stabilization alone.
- With three batteries included, you get significantly more flight time out of the box than many competitors offering only one or two.
- The 20,000ft transmission range allows for greater creative freedom in capturing expansive landscapes from a distance.
When this isn't the right fit
- This drone is not intended for professional cinematography, where higher-end, specialized equipment would be necessary.
- While it offers intelligent tracking, it’s designed for hobbyists and may not meet the rigorous demands of professional action sports capture.
Real-world notes
- The included carrying case keeps everything organized and makes it easy to pack for trips.
- Fast charging helps minimize downtime between flights, so you can spend more time in the air.
- The follow-me and intelligent tracking features can be a fun way to capture yourself during activities, though they require practice to master.
If you’re looking to elevate your travel or outdoor content creation, this drone offers a mix of image quality and extended flight time.
