What we've verified about this price
Our read on this product
When your usual routine feels too easy, a weighted vest offers a straightforward way to increase intensity. This one distributes weight evenly across your front and back, aiming to prevent strain while you add resistance to everything from walking to more rigorous training.
The vest is constructed with neoprene and mesh for comfort, and it includes pockets that allow for adding extra weight beyond what comes with it. An adjustable strap is designed to keep it securely in place during movement, addressing a common annoyance with weighted gear.
What makes it stand out
- The weight is distributed between the front and back, offering a more balanced feel than vests where all the weight is concentrated in one area.
- It features pockets for adding extra weight, allowing for progressive overload as your strength increases.
When this isn't the right fit
- The weight is not adjustable, meaning you cannot fine-tune the resistance level directly on the vest itself.
Real-world notes
- The elastic components are meant to be worn at the waist for proper fit.
- It uses iron pellets and metal rock for its weight filling, a step up from sand-filled options.
Consider this vest when you need a reliable way to intensify your fitness regimen.
