Our read on this product
This case quietly solves a few common phone frustrations. The sliding camera cover means you don't have to worry about scratching your lenses when it's in your pocket or bag, and it adds a layer of privacy. Plus, the integrated metal kickstand is surprisingly sturdy, letting you prop your phone up horizontally or vertically for watching videos or making video calls without needing a separate stand.
It’s built to withstand drops, with reinforced corners and raised edges to protect the screen and camera module. While it adds some bulk, the trade-off is significant peace of mind, especially if your phone tends to take tumbles. The included screen protector is a nice bonus, offering a complete protection package right out of the box.
What makes it stand out
- Features a sliding camera cover that protects the lenses from scratches and dust, unlike cases with open camera cutouts.
- Includes a metal kickstand that supports both horizontal and vertical viewing angles, which many basic cases lack.
- Offers MIL-grade shockproof protection with reinforced corners, going beyond basic scratch resistance.
- Comes bundled with a screen protector, providing a complete protection solution in one package.
When this isn't the right fit
- This case adds noticeable bulk to your phone.
- The kickstand may not be compatible with all car mounts.
Real-world notes
- The sliding camera cover can be a little stiff initially.
- The metal kickstand feels solid and holds its position well.
- The case provides a secure grip, reducing accidental slips.
- The included screen protector fits well and is easy to apply.
Consider this if you need robust, all-around protection with added utility like a kickstand and camera cover.
