Our read on this product
Most AirPods cases are just glorified sleeves, but this one adds a functional kickstand for your phone and a dedicated cleaning tool to the mix. It turns a piece of gear that usually sits at the bottom of your bag into a small, self-contained maintenance and media station.
You will find that having the cleaning tool tucked directly into the case means you actually use it, rather than letting your earbuds get grimy because the brush is buried in a desk drawer. The stand is a minor addition, but for anyone who eats lunch while watching videos or needs to prop their phone up during a meeting, it removes the need to carry an extra accessory.
What makes it stand out
- Bundles a phone stand and cleaning tools directly into the protective shell, eliminating the need for separate pocket items.
When this isn't the right fit
- You prefer a minimalist, slim profile for your case, as the added utility bits necessarily increase the overall bulk.
- You own an older model of AirPods, as this design is strictly for the 3rd generation.
Real-world notes
- The integrated cleaning tool is small enough to be unobtrusive but effective for clearing out lint and debris.
- The kickstand adds a noticeable amount of thickness compared to standard silicone or plastic shells.
- The included sticker for the lid helps keep the top half of the case secure, which is a common point of failure for cheaper protective covers.
Makes the most sense if you want to consolidate your daily carry by turning your earbud protection into a multi-purpose utility tool.
