Our read on this product
This rangefinder is built for serious golfers who demand precision and ease of use. Its standout PNLC auto-ambient display automatically adjusts for optimal visibility, whether you’re on a sun-drenched fairway or a shaded green. The aluminum alloy construction feels substantial and durable, promising longevity through many rounds.
Beyond just measuring distance, it offers features that genuinely improve your game. The slope compensation takes the guesswork out of uphill and downhill shots, and the flag lock provides a satisfying vibration when you’ve locked onto your target. Plus, the magnetic mount is a thoughtful touch for keeping it accessible on the cart.
What makes it stand out
- The PNLC auto-ambient display offers superior clarity in varied lighting conditions compared to standard LCD screens.

- The aluminum alloy build offers a more premium and durable feel than plastic alternatives common in this category.
When this isn't the right fit

- This rangefinder is designed for golf; while it has secondary uses, its primary optimization is for the golf course.
Real-world notes
- The automatic display adjustment is a noticeable convenience that reduces fumbling with settings.
- Locking onto the flag provides a tactile confirmation that’s reassuring during a shot.
- The magnetic mount is surprisingly useful for quick access between shots.
Consider this rangefinder if you need reliable yardage on any part of the course, in any light.
