Our read on this product
These aren't your typical earbuds; they clip onto your ears, leaving them open. This means you get surprisingly rich audio, thanks to 'Sound by Bose' and a hybrid two-way sound engine, without shutting out the world. It's a clever way to enjoy music or take calls while still hearing traffic, announcements, or colleagues. The design is also built for comfort, with flexible materials that aim to disappear once you start your day.
The real magic here is how they blend immersive sound with essential awareness. For commuters navigating busy streets, athletes who need to hear their surroundings for safety, or professionals taking calls in a bustling office, this design solves a common frustration. You get that premium audio experience without the isolation, and the long battery life means they'll likely outlast your longest day.
What makes it stand out
- Unlike traditional earbuds, these clip onto your ears, allowing ambient sound through for safety and awareness.
- Features 'Sound by Bose' for a premium audio signature, which is uncommon in open-ear designs.
- Offers Dolby Spatial Audio for a more immersive listening experience.
When this isn't the right fit
- The open-ear design may not provide the deep bass or noise isolation some users prefer for focused listening.
- You'll need to keep the firmware updated via the Baseus app for optimal performance.
Real-world notes
- The clip-on design is comfortable for extended wear, and the earbuds stay put even during vigorous activity.
- Call quality is surprisingly clear, even in noisy environments, thanks to the 4-mic array.
- The battery life is substantial, easily getting through a full day of mixed use.
Consider these if you want high-quality audio without sacrificing situational awareness.
